Marc Duschenes
Executive Chairman

Marc Duschenes, aged 33, is Executive Chairman of Regenesis Group plc and Regenesis Capital Limited. Marc is Chief Executive and founder of Braemar Group plc and holds a number of directorships within the Braemar Group, including Braemar Securities Limited who act as corporate finance advisers to Regenesis Group plc. He was formerly a director of sales/trading at Kleinwort Benson and helped to develop the bank’s proprietary trading and hedge fund business. He previously worked as an analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

William Martin Robinson
Non-Executive Director

Martin Robinson, aged 50, is a Non-Executive Director of Regenesis Group plc. He is Chairman of Braemar Group plc and Plant Impact plc, both AIM quoted companies and a non-executive director of a number of private companies. He was formerly chief executive of stockbrokers Henry Cooke Group plc and a director of Brown, Shipley & Co Ltd, a private and merchant bank.

Jonathan Murphy
Company Secretary

Jonathan Murphy, aged 36, is the Company Secretary of Regenesis Group plc and is Finance Director of Braemar Group plc. He was previously Strategy Manager for Spirit Group, the largest managed pub group in the UK. Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996 and is also an MBA graduate from the leading European business school IESE.

The Committee’s role is to review the scale and structure of the executive director’s and senior employees’ remuneration and the terms of their service or employment contracts, including share option schemes and other bonus arrangements.

The Committee’s role is to determine the terms of engagement of the Group’s auditors. It will receive and review reports from management and the Group’s auditors relating to the interim and annual accounts, and the accounting and internal control systems in use throughout the Group.
